Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wireme's website, products, and services, including corporate cards, bill pay, expense management, reporting, and savings tools (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Wireme, Inc. ("Wireme," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Wireme on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf, and "you" refers to both you and that business.
Eligibility
To use Wireme, you must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and authorized to act on behalf of the business you're representing. The Service is intended for business use, not personal or household use.
Account Registration
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not, except where caused by our failure to meet our security obligations. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Financial Services and Banking Partners
Wireme's card issuance, fund holding, and payment processing features are provided in partnership with third-party banking and financial institutions. Your use of these features may also be subject to additional terms and disclosures from those partners, which will be presented to you at the relevant point of use. Wireme is a technology provider, not a bank; funds held through the Service are not insured directly by Wireme.
Identity Verification
As a financial services platform, we're required by law to verify the identity of our customers and, where applicable, their beneficial owners (Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering requirements). We may request documentation to complete this verification and may suspend or restrict your account if we're unable to verify your identity.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use the Service to transmit malware or interfere with its normal operation
Misrepresent your identity or your business's identity
Use the Service in a way that violates applicable card network rules or banking regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Fees
Fees for the Service, including any card, transaction, or subscription fees, are described at [wireme.com/pricing] or in your order agreement. We'll provide notice before changing fees that apply to your account. You're responsible for all fees incurred under your account.
Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the financial data, documents, and content you submit to Wireme ("Your Data"). You grant us a license to use Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy].
You're responsible for ensuring Your Data is accurate and that you have the right to submit it to us.
Intellectual Property
Wireme and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools (such as accounting software or banking connections). We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wireme disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wireme and its officers, employees, and affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wireme harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law or a banking partner, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to Wireme, our partners, or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us, subject to settlement of any outstanding balances or obligations.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of core functionality.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
